But then I talked to a nice lady on retentions who got rid of the charge. I assume it was only because I threaten to cancel my cable, internet and wireless. Either way, I was ready to ditch. They have not done anything for me for the last couple of months.
By the way, how come all the good customer service people are in retentions? How come you have to threaten to get something working?
