I move (partially) tomorrow, then I finish moving on sunday. Yay! I get my own place!
So excited! I want to go shopping, and so far, I seem to be able to get everything from Ikea. Is that lame? Well whatever. One-stop-shopping.
I want to get:
Kitchen
Cooking set. This is perfect, if slightly expensive. So, I’m thinking of going for the starter set
Accesories: I want to get stuff for the walls. Like the spice rack….
Living room:
Couch: Finally they came out with a decent color for this couch. This is probably what I’ll get, in black.
TV Unit: I’m going to get this one again. I love that it has all those wholes and I can put basquets, and books and stuff there. Either in black or white. Might be white, its less imposing.
Curtains: depending on the color of the carpet and walls (havn’t seen finished apt yet), I want to get something that will jump with the black of the room. I’m thinking red.
Desk: I’m gonna need a place to put my computer and such, so I’m thinking if I go with the red, I’ll get this red desk.
Ugly but nice floor lamp: I want something that is impractical, ugly and probably not my style. This is it.
Bedroom
Bedside table: I kinda like this. I want places to put my books, and shove things into a drawer.
Beside lamps: necessary for a book addict like me.

I still need some sort of shelving system for the bathroom. I hate having towels go somewhere else but the bathroom. And I need shelves for the bedroom and kitchen. Kitchen placemats. Floor lamps (tons of these). Its gonna be one expensive trip to Ikea.
